Shipping and Delivery Policy

Thank you for choosing Holraj. Every piece is crafted in BIS hallmark 999 pure silver. This page explains how we process and deliver your order across India.

Order Processing

Most products are freshly crafted after you place the order. Crafting usually takes two to three business days. We will email you when your order is ready to ship.

Shipping Timelines

We ship across India using trusted carriers including India Post. Typical transit time is three business days for most locations. Together with crafting, most orders arrive in five to seven business days.

Remote locations can take a little longer. Public holidays and unforeseen logistics issues can also add time. We will keep you informed if we see a delay.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Any promotional free shipping will be clearly displayed on the product page or at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships you will receive an email with the tracking link. Tracking may take a few hours to update after dispatch.

Packaging and Safety

We pack every item with care to protect 999 pure silver during transit. If the outer package arrives visibly damaged, please take photos and contact us on the same day so we can help.

Address Changes

If you need to change the delivery address, contact us as soon as possible before dispatch. After dispatch, address changes are handled case by case with the carrier and may add time.

Missed Delivery and Return to Sender

Carriers usually attempt delivery more than once. If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or repeated missed delivery, we can reship once the correct address and reship fee are confirmed.

Partial Shipments

If your order has multiple items, we may ship ready items first so that you receive them sooner. You will receive separate tracking links for each parcel if this happens.

International Shipping

We currently ship within India only. International shipping will be announced soon on our website and social pages.

Returns for Damage in Transit

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within forty eight hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will guide you through a replacement or resolution. For general return terms, please see our Return and Refund Policy.
