Holraj Return & Exchange Policy
At Holraj, every creation is handcrafted in BIS Hallmark 999 Pure Silver and inspected with care before it reaches you. To maintain fairness and uphold our quality standards, we currently offer exchanges only — not refunds.
1. Eligibility for Exchange
- Raise your exchange request within 7 days of delivery by emailing info@holraj.com or messaging us on WhatsApp at +91-9557452938.
- Include your order number, clear photos of the product, and a short reason for exchange.
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging, including the Guarantee Card and invoice.
- One exchange per order is allowed.
- Applies to all handcrafted silver jewelry, silverware, and lifestyle products sold on holraj.com.
2. Manufacturing Defects or Damage in Transit
If your product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect verified by the Holraj Quality Team:
- We will arrange an exchange for the same design or an equivalent product of your choice (subject to availability).
- The return shipping cost is initially paid by the customer. Holraj will issue a Purchase Coupon equal to that amount, redeemable on your next order.
- Quality assessment and approval are completed within 2 business days after we receive the returned item.
3. Buyer’s Remorse or Preference Change
For change of mind, size, or design preference:
- All shipping costs (to and from) are borne by the customer.
- A 15% restocking fee applies to cover hallmark verification, inspection, and repackaging costs.
- Exchange is processed once per order and only if eligibility conditions are met.
4. Items Not Eligible for Exchange
- Personalized or engraved pieces made to order
- Items showing any signs of wear, tampering, or alteration after delivery
- Products returned without original packaging, Guarantee Card, or invoice
- Items reported for exchange after the 7-day window
5. How to Initiate an Exchange
- Email info@holraj.com or message WhatsApp +91-9557452938 within 7 days of delivery.
- Share your order number, reason, and clear photos of the product.
- Once approved, ship the item to our return address via India Post Speed Post and share the tracking number.
- Upon receipt and inspection, we process your exchange or purchase coupon within 2–3 business days.
6. Incorrect Address or Missed Delivery
If the delivery address provided is incorrect or the parcel returns to us after repeated missed attempts, we can reship the item once the correct address and the reshipment fee are confirmed. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout.
7. Refunds (Not Applicable)
We do not offer refunds. All eligible cases are addressed through an exchange or a purchase coupon as outlined above. This approach supports fair pricing, reduces misuse, and helps us maintain the highest standards of purity and craftsmanship.
